On Saturday May 20, Unity is ALL IN at Springfield PrideFest 2023, perfectly located a few paces south of the Old Capitol Art Fair. These two major Central Illinois events draw tens of thousands! Since the area’s first PrideFest parade in 2012 followed by our beautiful booth since 2013, Unity’s presence stands out – our logo on very cool PrideFest shirts as an Equality Sponsor, Unity’s great volunteers, conversation, prizes, gifts, musicians, costumes, all in a family friendly venue celebrating diversity and the LGBTQ and Allies community. The Capital City Men’s Chorus, CORAL, PFLAG, authors’ booths and other spots regularly feature our multifaceted, artsy, talent-laden Unity attendees on this day.
